1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Car Fault mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is developed and operated by an independent developer based in the European Union (the "Developer").
2. Use of the App
The App provides general guidance about vehicle dashboard warnings and possible issues. The information is for reference only and does not replace professional diagnostics or repair. Users assume all risk for actions taken based on the App’s guidance.
3. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. Accuracy or reliability is not guaranteed.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including vehicle damage or personal injury.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features. All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple ID account settings. Refunds follow Apple’s policies. The Developer does not access payment information.
6. Privacy & Data
The App does not collect personal data. Analytics and marketing SDKs (Firebase, Facebook) are used to understand usage patterns. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, and trademarks are owned by the Developer or licensed to the Developer. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without permission.
8. Disclaimer
The App provides general guidance. Consult a qualified mechanic for professional diagnosis or repair. The Developer is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from actions based on App information.
9. Changes to Terms
The Developer may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
